About Our Staff

We know that every child is unique and deserves a unique education. Our highly qualified teachers and staff guide the way for your child to become independent while making good choices. We strive to ensure that your children will be introduced to every aspect of learning in their formative years, so they're prepared for the future.

We are extremely proud of our excellent staff of teachers, directors and support staff. We require on-going training for our staff through state classes, orientation videos, in-house training, and other certified professionals in the education field. All of our staff is trained in First Aid and CPR. We take great pride and responsibility to keep safe, educate and nurture the children within our care.

Owners
Nicole Thibeau 

Nicole started with a home childcare back in 2010. Having recognized the need for quality childcare in the community she lives in, and the lack of it, her and her husband Scott founded Miles of Smiles Childcare Center which opened in 2018. Nicole is involved in all the day-to-day decision making with Bri and opens up the center every morning during the school year to meet the parents and children entrusted in the centers care. Nicole is originally from Texas, and her and her husband have 5 kids between them. 

Scott Thibeau 

Scott works behind the scenes and oversees are the financial requirements of the center, handles all the maintenance for the building and supports Bri and Nicole as needed. Scott grew up in Saco, Maine, is a veteran serving with distinguishing, have run multiple companies and currently beyond Miles of Smiles, is the owner of aTris Holdings, a real estate investment company and it's subsidiaries, aTris Real Estate Group and aTris Investments.
